Coronado Groundfix is a deep seeking "switch and go" type metal detector with automatic ground balance control divided into
three levels. The different levels of the automatic ground balance control are tuned for different ground mineral content.
As all Nexus metal detectors the Coronado Groundfix is tuned in resonance Induction Balance.
The electronic principal of the Coronado Groundfix is motion detector with fast recovery speed.
This design offers a versatile use on most inland sites and salt water beaches around the world including sites with heavy
mineralized soil and black sand beach.
Coronado Groundfix exhibits excellent depth penetration and discrimination accuracy by being capable to detect a coin (30mm)
at 14" (36 cm) depth under ground or targets as small as 1.5 mm in diameter (very small metal particles).
Coronado Groundfix is a metal detector with exceptionally low weight (1.3 kg including 8 AA batteries) and excellent weight
balance.
Coronado Groundfix is easy to learn to use and for achieving best results does not require previous metal detecting experience.
