Troubleshooting: The detector cuts off

The Pathfinder V3 two box metal detector is supplied with a pre-installed lithium ion battery pack and charger. One of the most often overlooked solutions for a problem are the basics, the solution can be simple. It is important before starting to search is to check the battery. If the battery charge is low, the protection circuits will cut the power off to prevent over discharging the batteries.
