Unstable detector sounds / Sources of interference

It's important to remember that you are working with a device which is suppose to detect metals.
Clothing items such as trousers with multiple large metal buckle or zipper decorations and boots with an internal metal structure can cause signals. Also metal items in your pocket such as keys.
