LC-MC Control

The LC-MC SET control is meant to set the cut off point between low conductors (LC) and medium conductors (MC) on the RGB LED meter readings.

At minimum level only small hammered gold coins and small aluminum targets will be displayed as Green color.
If the preset level of the LC-MC SET is turned higher, gradually hammered silver coins and similar targets from the low-medium conductivity range will also be indicated by the Green color only.

On sites littered with aluminum trash the LC-MC Set control can be used to separate the smaller aluminum pieces and not dig them out. 

For example, if you are on a site where there is a lot of aluminum trash, you set the LC-MC set on a low level (turn the button slightly to the right) and when the Green color appear on the RGB LED meter, you do not dig that signal.

Another example, if you are on a site and you want to dig only low to medium conductivity targets, you turn the LC-MC set to a higher level (more to the right) and then you dig only when you see Green color.

The best way to understand is to take different targets, turn the LC-MC button and see when the Green color shows on the RGB LED meter. Remember that for the LC-MC to work, you need a 10 kHz or higher kHz search coil.

The particular adjustment of this control depends on the particular site and desire for rejecting or accepting certain targets.
