Correct way to check empty potholes

On some soil, not on all soil, the MP V3+ may give a positive signal above empty potholes when the search coil is swung at the recommended level above ground. If this happens, place the search coil static on the ground on one side of the hole, not overlapping the hole perimeter. Drag the search coil slowly across the hole and backwards, then the empty hole will not produce signal response when the coil is on top of it.
