We ship with DHL courier. Delivery is usually fast and
trouble free.
If any problem should occur, we take full responsibility,
as long as the customer complies to the following
requirements:
Tracking And Delivery
Tracking information provided after shipping. Customers
are required to check and communicate with the courier
to ensure delivery.
Loss or damage In transit
The following may lead to loss in transit and are not
allowed:

Providing any incorrect contact information for
shipping.
•
Providing contact information for shipping of a
person who will not receive the shipment.
•
Providing names which do not appear on an
Identification document.
•
Redirecting the package to a different location or
address than what was provided to us.
•
Assigned recipient not present at time of delivery.
•
Accepting delivery without providing identification
and a signature.
Do not accept a package with visible signs of external
damage. If any such signs are visible, request to open
the box and check the contents before providing a
signature.
If the person who hands over the package will not allow
opening of the box, refuse to accept it and inform them
of the reason for refusal.
If no visible damage was noticed, but upon opening the
box, the product is broken:

Contact us on the same day of delivery.
•
Provide detailed photos of the box and broken
contents from different angles. Do not send a video,
a photo format is required.
Couriers determines the compensation value in case of
loss or damage in transit for both new and second-hand
products by the amounts declared as value upon
shipment and on the product’s invoice or sales receipt.
Never discard the packaging before either the product
you ordered is received safe and completely intact, or
we have confirmed that a successful claim was filed.
Import
Customers are responsible for being informed about law
and conditions for import of items in their country.
